Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient Labor & Delivery experience
License: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing

Must-Have:
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.


Description:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Provides, delegates, supervises, and documents care and teaching of patients and families.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals.
Ensures implementation of solutions for patient care.
