The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving internal clients and maintaining internal communication initiatives that engage and inform our employees. In addition, the ideal candidate will be a champion of Kimley-Horn's culture and be able to communicate it clearly and effectively across the firm. This is not a remote position.ResponsibilitiesSupport our internal clients to deliver information on tools and resourcesStrengthen employee engagement through cultural initiatives and internal messagesDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with teammates and partnersManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are metEnsure consistent messaging and tone across all channels and for all clientsPrioritize and uphold the Kimley-Horn culture and brandQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of one year of experience in internal communications or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding collaboration skillsStrong time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with content management systems – i.e., SharePoint, Sociabble, etc.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with partners at all levels of the firmWhy Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
