Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - 2100 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Triage Program - Columbus Community Medical.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: HCP must be independent, comfortable with care for all age groups, including NICU/ER and trauma care experience/comfortable working with limited staff availability. For NICU experience - Managing mechanical ventilation, attending c-sections. No intubating or blood draws

Required Credentials: HCPs are required to take MOAB if they don’t already have CPI or MOAB.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends and holidays

Unit/Facility Details: Duties include aerosols, EKG, NPPV, CPAP, ventilators, Code Blue, Rapid Response Teams, Holter Monitors, etc.

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior ) or the alternative certification CPI
