Experience: Previous OR nursing experience preferred; strong organizational and delegation skills

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room environment
- Assist in preoperative assessments and postoperative care
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
- Follow sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure efficient and effective procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for all patient care activities
- Respond to urgent situations promptly and effectively
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Prior OR experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, judgment, and delegation skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Additional certifications in clinical specialties
- Experience with electronic health records and computer systems
