Details Adult acute care, adult outpatient, emergency department, and ICU settings Level I and Level II Trauma Center experience preferred Performs abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies with and without contrast Special procedures may include coronary CTA, vascular CTA, CT arthrography, and brain perfusion Utilizes Siemens CT equipment and Epic EMR Image display and post-processing skills including 3D rendering, MPR, and ROI measurement 5x8 hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Weekend rotation required May be subject to floating between facilities within the health system if requested by the unit Requirements ARRT (CT) and ARRT (R) certification required IEMA accreditation required BLS certification through AHA required Minimum 2 years of CT experience required Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program BSN required Epic EMR experience required Illinois license required if applicable, in hand at time of consideration - emergency or pending licenses not accepted Experience with contrast media preparation and administration, peripheral IV starts, and venipuncture required Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred Additional Information Responsible for isolation precautions/PPE compliance and radiation safety protocols Prior travel experience required Accepts local candidates within a 75-mile radius at a local rate All requested time off must be submitted at time of consideration and cannot be added afterward Vaccination status must be included at time of consideration American Traveler Job ID #P-760207.
