Senior Project ManagerTW Constructors (TWC)Full TimeSt. Louis, MoThe experienced Senior Project Manager will manage all subcontractors/suppliers on each project while also directing the Superintendents. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all contracted work is executed in accordance with the company's policies, including contract documents, budget, schedule, safety, quality control and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and co-workersActively contribute to the project schedule and close-out processAssist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors.Monitor project labor, project costs, and equipment needsParticipate in the design development process to collaborate and value engineer construction methods to reduce time and costAssist in the preconstruction, quality, and safety processesEstablish and maintain project schedules and budgets, responsible for overall project deliveryEnsure contractor compliance of safety/OSHA requirements are met on all job sites to minimize riskManage submittal process, change order negotiations and contract complianceEstablish effective relationships and strive for a collaborative team environmentProvide pricing for changes in project scopeOur projects are nationwide - Travel will be requiredQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study7-10 years of experience in commercial project managementDesign-Build experience is idealActive jobsite experience and strong safety recordAbility to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.Significant knowledge of construction methods as well as an understanding of municipalities and the permit processesAbility to manage subcontractors and vendorsProven ability to negotiate and track change orders, submittals, and pay requestsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks at a timeProven ability to direct Superintendent to ensure accurate completion of project scopeDocumented ability to meet sensitive timelinesStrong knowledge of Building Code and Safety RegulationsStrong knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Excel, and MS Project or other Project Management softwareProcore Certified or knowledge and skill in ProcoreAbility to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.We are a drug free work place, must be able to pass pre and random drug testsSelf-motivated and able to lead and motivate team membersThoughtful and confident decision making skills with high ethical standardsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalismProblem solving skills and the ability to think and react quickly under pressureService-oriented approach in working with owners, co-workers, and any joint venture partnersStrong attention to detail and high level of organizationReliable, dependable and professional with a strong sense of urgencyJoin our fast-growing team and be part of a supportive, collaborative environment.
