Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual All Shifts

Job Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Earn up to $32.75/hr. Now hiring PM and NOC shift. Responsibilities Under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, performed as a licensed caregiver and assumed responsibility and accountability for assigned residents/patients for a shift. Provided nursing care by coordinating, implementing, and evaluating resident’s/patient’s plan of care. Adhered to the standards of care for the area, managed the environment to maintain resident/patient safety, and supervised nursing assistants. Followed all Center policies and procedures. Performed duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act. Required Education and Experience Licensed in the State as an LPN. Have and maintain current CPR certification. Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.). Able to calculate drug dosage.Meet all health requirements imposed by law. Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff. Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications.
