Training on curated data can dramatically reduce training time and cost (7-40x faster training depending on the use case), dramatically increase model performance as if you had trained on >10x more raw data without increasing the cost of training, and allow smaller models with fewer than half the parameters to outperform larger models despite using far less compute at inference time, substantially reducing the cost of deployment. We are in office 4 days a week.About the RoleAs our Content Marketing Manager, you'll run our content flow under the direction of our VP of Marketing. You'll own the content calendar, pull content together with the VP, our agency, and our research team, and make sure it ships at volume.This is a hands-on creation, production, and coordination role. You're the person who turns a pipeline of ideas and research into a steady stream of published work, and who keeps everyone aligned on what's shipping, when, and in what shape. You'll build the operating rhythm as you run it. We have a lot in flight and a lot worth saying, and we need someone who can bring order to it and keep the work moving!What You'll Work OnContent calendar and operating rhythm. Own a rolling content calendar that tracks each piece, its owner, its date, and its status, and keep everyone on schedule against publish dates.Content creation. Write and edit clear, credible content across formats, including blog posts, briefs, social copy, and newsletters. Produce strong first drafts of your own and polish others' work to a publishable bar.Content production. Turn research and ideas into finished pieces. Run the production pipeline end to end, moving drafts through editing, design, and review so nothing stalls.Coordination cross-functionally. Pull content together across everyone involved. Brief and manage our agency, partner with the research team to translate their work for broader audiences, and keep the VP's priorities moving through the pipeline.Shipping at volume. Keep a high, consistent cadence of published content without letting quality slip. You're the reason the content engine keeps producing.Repurposing and distribution. Reuse and adapt content across channels and formats, and partner with our social lead to get each piece in front of the right audience.Blog and website. Publish to the blog, manage the publishing process, and make website updates, including copy changes and media asset updates.Notion teamspace. Keep our marketing teamspace current so everyone can rely on it as the single source of truth for content status, timelines, and deliverables.Measurement and reporting. Track how content is performing on reach and engagement, and report on it so we can double down on what works.About You3–6 years of B2B marketing or content experience, ideally at a technical company working on developer tools, AI infrastructure, data infrastructure, or similarA strong writer with clean prose, even on technical topics, who can produce competent first drafts that don't need rewritingProven content production; you've owned a content calendar and shipped at volume without letting quality slipStrong project management instinct; comfortable running multiple pieces and workstreams in parallel without dropping ballsExperience coordinating across stakeholders, including agencies and subject-matter experts such as a research teamSelf-starter mentality so you can take an objective, build a plan, and run with it without waiting for directionCurious about AI and ML.
