Recruiter - Contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our innovative team, helping to drive VIVA Railings’ growth and success. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.WHAT WE DO:ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Assist in the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.Conduct candidate sourcing activities through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, networking events.Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess applicant suitability for positions.Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all candidates.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote VIVA Railings as an employer of choice.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Work closely with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role; experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.A proactive and team-oriented approach to challenges, with a strong drive to contribute to the company’s growth and success. #J-18808-Ljbffr Viva-Railings-LLC
