National Cold Chain & Storage Solutions --- based on 100% accuracy to the customer. This is straight pick to ecommerce/peoples front door

Must have Reach Truck experience! Pay is 18/hr!

DAY IN THE LIFE:

Select and pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick sheets, or voice‑directed systems.

Verify product accuracy (item, quantity, lot numbers, and condition) before packing.

Pack, palletize, and wrap orders according to company standards to ensure safe transport.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or forklifts (if certified).

Maintain cold‑chain integrity by working efficiently in refrigerated (0–40°ree;F) or frozen (‑10°ree;F or lower) environments.

Follow safety protocols including PPE use, equipment operation rules, and food‑safety guidelines.

Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and replenishment as needed.

Keep work areas clean and organized to support warehouse efficiency and safety.

The picker/packer (selector) plays a key role in distribution operations by accurately selecting, staging, and preparing customer orders in a refrigerated or frozen warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work safely in low‑temperature conditions while meeting daily performance standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
