Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple locations, partnering with hiring managers and executive leadership to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and community partnerships.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support high-volume hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill across key positions.

Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate outreach, interviews, offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by communicating role expectations, compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate hiring manager feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, retention, and hiring effectiveness, to improve recruitment outcomes and workforce planning.

Strengthen employer branding through community outreach, networking events, and strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve recruiting processes, increase hiring efficiency, and support organizational growth.

Manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate has experience:

• Managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.
• Working closely with hiring managers and executives.
• Using recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Building candidate pipelines before positions become available.
• Creating an excellent candidate experience.
• Recruiting in hospitality, high-volume environment.
