Geriatric Physician Opportunity-Eastern Region

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Geriatric Physician to join our Eastern Region team, providing diverse Geriatric Care in our ElderONE (PACE) program, and Skilled Nursing Facilities (Clifton Springs Nursing Home & DeMay Living Center) . This role also offers exciting teaching opportunities with fellows and medical students. Position Highlights Comprehensive Care: Deliver patient-centered care for older adults, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and complex medical needs. Teaching: Mentor Geriatric Fellows and medical students, contributing to their clinical development. Education MD DO Physical Requirements L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting. Licenses/Certifications Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED) Pay Range $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
