What We Offer Competitive W-2 compensation with an industry-leading pay model Full-time position averaging 32 clinical hours per week with a minimum expectation of 25 completed client sessions per week Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays, including your birthday CEU and professional licensure reimbursement Flexible scheduling and strong work-life balance Beautiful, fully furnished offices with modern technology Supportive leadership and collaborative consultation Clinical autonomy with opportunities for professional growth and leadership Ellie Match technology to help build a caseload that fits your expertise What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 completed client sessions per week for full-time employment Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, and other providers as appropriate Participate in team meetings, case consultation, and ongoing professional development Help create an engaging, welcoming experience for clients while contributing to our positive team culture What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Illinois clinical license or license-eligible status (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Experience working with children and adolescents is strongly preferred Bilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care Why Ellie?
