Wealth Management Associate

Overview Wealth Management Associates provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) on a daily basis. As senior members of the service team, they build trusted client relationships through regular interactions, prioritizing a client-first mindset. The role focuses on supporting FAs/PWAs/teams in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings, proposal tools, and financial planning. Responsibilities Client Support: Act as a senior member of the service team to support an FA/PWA/team, cultivate relationships with business partners and colleagues, and enhance client relationships by delivering exceptional service. Assist in delivering against the client service model, including preparation for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups. Ensure all client service functions are performed promptly; assign work to team members as needed. Provide backup coverage for traditional client service associate responsibilities on request, including executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment questions, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g., MS Online), and processing unsolicited or solicited orders in a clerical capacity. Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms; share reminders and best practices with the service team. Business Development & Operational Support Assist the FA/PWA/team in organizing and executing their business plan; collaborate with Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management. Execute administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies (conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, and email connectivity) per the direction of the FA/PWA/team. Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team. Assist with research using firm-approved systems as requested by the client and/or FA/PWA/team. Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Participate in client and/or prospective client meetings as requested; engage in firm initiatives and special projects as directed by local management. Knowledge/Skills: Strong leadership, knowledge of financial products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts); proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and internet applications; exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills; strong time management; team-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable with multi-tasking and goal orientation.
