Machine Operator- Day & Night Shift

Role Summary We are currently looking for Finishing Production Operators to join our team. The Finishing Machine Operator checks quality and finishes labels through jogging or cutting. Responsibilities Continuously check for print and seam quality. Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together per the specification. Utilize a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedures. Handle rolls and palletize them to avoid damage. Understand basic printing and seam-related defects. Record and enter data on designated paperwork and in the company operation system (Globetek). Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Perform basic arithmetic to calculate label counts and conversions. Use units of American money, weight, volume, and distance in calculations. Use simple Windows-based applications. Meet physical demands: standing, using hands to finger, feel, and touch; reaching with arms and hands; talking and hearing. Walk frequently. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly. Meet vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly based on experience.
