We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor associates to join a growing production team in Ham Lake, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking to build a long-term career. Seeking 1st and 2nd shift individuals.
Responsibilities- Assist with printing, finishing, packaging, and production operations.
- Inspect printed materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Load and unload materials and keep production lines supplied.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
