Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience as a Surgical Tech (non-certified) or ORT with proven competence in perioperative settings
• Strong grasp of sterile techniques and OR protocols
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environments
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills
• BLS certification preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and ready
• Assist surgical teams during operations, passing instruments and anticipating needs
• Maintain aseptic technique and support safety protocols throughout procedures
• Help with patient positioning, draping, and transport as needed
• Support the decontamination and maintenance of surgical instruments post-procedure

$1,283 - $1,357/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
