Come find out what makes our dealerships unlike any other.Job Responsibilities:Inspect customer vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety issuesTroubleshoot reported problems and run appropriate diagnostic testsConduct repairs with a focus on fixing right the first timePerform thorough maintenance on all vehicle systemsDiagnose mechanical and electrical issuesType and complexity of work will depend on technician experienceRecommend additional corrective actionsProvide consultation on preventative maintenanceCommunicate effectively with customers and other team membersKeep accurate logs of work performed and time trackingMaintain a CSI to meet company and manufacturer standardsFollow all workplace safety guidelinesRequirements:Recommended years of experience and training vary per roleExcellent knowledge of vehicles, mechanical, electrical, and other systemsAptitude in using all necessary tools and technologiesAbility to follow established procedures, instructions, and manufacturer requirementsProblem-solving ability a mustStrong communication skillsCommitment to all health and safety guidelinesPhysical strength and stamina as needed for appropriate repairsHigh school diploma preferredCertification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship a definite plusValid driver's licenseEducation: High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience: Automotive Repair: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) ASE Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In personBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
