Earn $100K to $175K - Hourly Salary Plus Commission

Position: Team Leaders (Canvassing Team)

Responsibilities:

Interview, train, coach, and motivate canvassers
Manage territories and daily mapping requirements
Develop winning outreach and neighborhood strategies
Monitor team performance and key metrics
Lead team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
Create a culture focused on growth, teamwork, and success

Experience:

Leadership experience in canvassing
Home Improvement or related industry experience is required

Compensation:
