Responsibilities include:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Vinings, GA 30339. I have been a State Farm agent since 2016. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Georgia Southern University. We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
