The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid DC license in the applicable state (willing to help facilitate this, but already having an Alabama chiropractic license is a bonus)
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts IIV (or recent SPEC exam)
• Eligible for malpractice insurance
• Strong multi-tasking skills, communication skills and a patient-first mindset

This role requires full time availability, 4 shifts, with monthly Saturday shift requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting Pay: $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience, paid semi-monthly.
• Individual Bonus potential paid monthly
