Who We’re Seeking:

• Active California Real Estate License

• Proven track record of 15+ closed transactions annually (individually or team equivalent)

• Currently leading 3+ active, producing agents

Compensation:

$72,000 - $217,000 Commission Only- At Plan

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team of agents to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive growth in the Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario area.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to agents, helping them refine their skills and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Oversee and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline operations, allowing agents to focus on client relationships and sales.
• Utilize the APEX Platform to optimize team performance, leveraging cutting-edge technology and resources.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions to share insights, strategies, and best practices for success in the real estate market.

Qualifications:

• A full-time active real estate license is a must for this position . (No Part-Time).

• Residing in or around Chino, CA, is required for in-person training and meetings.

• Being available Full-Time  to handle lead calls as they come in.

• Willingness to actively engage in a comprehensive training program tailored for success.

• Embracing a team-oriented mindset that encourages sharing knowledge.

• Displaying enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and energetic environment.

• Availability to assist both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
