Responsibilities Translate 2D design sketches into comprehensive, production‑ready factory tech packs. Create detailed technical flats (callouts) highlighting construction details, stitching types (e.g., flatlock, merrow, overlock), and trim placements. Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) detailing fabrics, trims, labels, threads, and packaging requirements. Incorporate clear tracking labels and internal version control within tech packs to manage iterative factory updates. Qualifications Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and dedicated PLM software (preferred). Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, PLM, PDM. Strong fashion and color sense of the Men’s market. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills with high attention to product details. Ability to communicate and interact with all cross‑functional teams.
