As a Contract English Language Arts/Literacy Teacher Mentor/Consultant/Instructional Coach in the Dallas, TX area, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs. About Bailey Education Group, LLC Bailey Education Group partners with schools and districts to improve the lives of children through customized professional development and side‑by‑side teacher coaching. Certified instructional coaches provide support in Reading, Math, Science, Social Studies, special needs services, early childhood, technology, and multi‑tiered systems of support. We also offer training for school and district leadership. Responsibilities Observe and evaluate classroom instruction. Provide constructive feedback to teachers. Facilitate professional development workshops to enhance instructional practices. Collaborate with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective strategies for students. Analyze student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions. Address specific challenges faced by teachers and students, promoting a customer‑centric approach to education. Participate in team meetings to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Skills and Qualifications Deep understanding of special education laws and best practices. Strong data analysis skills to assess student needs and instructional effectiveness. Problem‑solving abilities and an innovative mindset. Commitment to accountability, integrity, and student support. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compliance and Screening All consultants engaged with our organization will undergo comprehensive background checks as a standard requirement of their role. Consultants must also comply with any specific background screening procedures mandated by the state(s) in which they provide services, including fingerprinting, child abuse registry checks, or other state‑recommended verifications.
