Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances. \n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid LMFT license in the state of California is required. \n
- A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- Proven ability to establish rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the clinic. \n

- Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is strongly preferred. \n
