About the Role:

Join Kamer Agency - Farm Bureau as a Customer Care Representative in Holland, MI, where your passion for customer service meets our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with team members to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
