Electrical Panel Builder
The Panel Builder Electrician wires production machinery, debugs equipment, assists with startups, troubleshoots and assists in disassembling equipment for delivery to customers.
General
- Building electrical controls panels for foundry machinery.
- Wires production machinery per engineering supplied prints.
- Assists with startup of new machinery.
- Disassembles machinery for shipment.
- Ability to interpret all aspects of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams. Basic PLC training required. Elect 131 (Machine class at LCC or equivalent) required. NEC Code I class required.
What We Want From You
· Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Ability to operate the following equipment:
- Conduit Bender
- Pipe Threader
- Sabre Saw
- Grinder
- Amp Meter
- Multi Meter
- Computer (Electrician A)
