Eyecare Sales Associate
EyeCare Group is looking for an Eyecare Sales Associate in High Point, NC, US, 27265. This position is full-time and is part of TeamVision, a Management Service Organization within EssilorLuxottica. The role supports the practice by ensuring unsurpassed patient experiences when selecting eyewear or other products and establishing the practice as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community.
Major duties and responsibilities include greeting all patients with a warm welcome, showing urgency in providing service to patients and satisfying their needs, exploring the needs and priorities of patients and linking to practice offerings, demonstrating superior product knowledge, operating the point-of-sale system, taking pride in the appearance of the practice, securing all company assets, adhering to attendance and daily time keeping requirements, and performing other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or as business needs.
Basic qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent, strong customer service skills, strong basic math skills, effective selling skills, familiarity with technology, strong communicator and listener. Preferred qualifications include eyecare experience and sales experience.
