CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE/DINING ROOM ATTENDANT FT/PT

Customer Representative/Dining Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative/Dining Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the dining room
• Ensure that the dining room is clean and presentable at all times
• Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware, along with the patio (if applicable), drink station and restrooms
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
• Providing an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
• Showcase teamwork and communication skills - have a positive attitude and like engaging with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
