Production Operator - $20/hr | Multiple Shifts Available

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in Dayton, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for stable work, consistent hours, and long-term opportunities in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
• Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality
• Perform basic quality inspections on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
