Cabell Huntington Hospital Clinic Medical AssistantCabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Clinic Medical Assistant to work with our CFMC Barboursville Department.The Clinic Medical Assistant will be responsible for greeting and registering all incoming patients in addition to handling incoming and outgoing communications concisely in a pleasant and professional manner.Job specific duties include:Answering phone promptly in a courteous fashionTaking messages, providing adequate information and routing calls properlyScheduling patient appointments for all physicians and confirming appointments one day priorObtaining complete and accurate demographic and insurance information for each patientResponding to patient inquiriesCollecting co-payments; maintaining accurate accounting of the petty cash fund dailyMaintains records, reports or other significant informationPerforms other duties as assigned or requested St. Mary's Medical Center (West Virginia)
