• Shift: 4x10 Hour Day Shifts (06:15 - 16:45), varies according to assignment
• Hours/Week: 40 hours/week

• Licenses/Certifications: PA license or IMLC, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred in cardiac anesthesia

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $406.48
• Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), licensure and travel reimbursements, robust referral bonus program, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws.

What You ll Do:

• Provide anesthetic care for cardiac surgery patients, working alongside surgical teams.
• Manage perioperative anesthesia protocols for complex patients across diverse cardiac procedures.
• Take part in preoperative assessments and post-operative care planning.
• Participate in night beeper call 1-2 nights per week, providing emergency anesthesia services as needed.
• Document patient care using Epic electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical best practices.

What You Need:

• Active PA medical license or IMLC qualification.
• Certified or eligible in Anesthesiology (board certification preferred).
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• At least 2 years of anesthesia experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
