Toyota Master Technician

Fred Anderson Automotive Group is recruiting experienced automotive technicians to join our growing service department. Responsibilities Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow all manufacturer repair and diagnostic procedures. Test drive vehicles to identify concerns or issues. Communicate with service advisors about repairs and additional needs for vehicles. Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles. Work as a team with service department professionals. Participate in classes and training to advance knowledge of working on vehicles. Stay up to date on products and vehicle maintenance requirements. Apply effective communication and organizational skills. Maintain a strong focus on providing the best service experience for every customer. Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Qualifications At least 2–3 years of prior technician experience. Ability and knowledge to conduct repair orders and mechanical work on vehicles. Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. Possess one or more ASE certifications. Produce quality work consistently and focus on fixing it right the first time. Demonstrate leadership by answering questions regarding vehicles, the dealership, and service. If not already a Master Technician, work toward Master Technician certification.
