As an Automotive Repair Technician (A or B Level), you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring every customer leaves with confidence and peace of mind. Location 8350 Sancus Blvd, Columbus, OH 43240 Job Category Car Care. Full‑time, 5 days a week – Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs. What We Offer A Technicians: $26.30 – $36.92 per hour flat rate + 30‑hour billable week guarantee B Technicians: $23.46 – $32.95 per hour flat rate + 20‑hour billable week guarantee Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance Training & Certification Support We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications. ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in relevant areas (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA). Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in areas such as engine performance, transmissions (automatic & manual), suspension & steering, brake systems (including ABS/traction control), electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning. Maintain and grow technical expertise to expand flexibility in work assignments. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines. Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (experience requirements vary by position level). Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Valid driver’s license. Authorized to work in the USA.
