Project Manager Responsibilities Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and documents; establish comprehensive schedules and critical installation timelines. Oversee procurement of supplies and materials; participate in cost reviews for financial efficiency. Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors; coordinate activities to align with scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements while ensuring safety regulations. Conduct orientations for project technicians, providing necessary documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application‑engineered diagrams. Track project resources and progress; document events impacting schedule, scope, and efficiency; pursue change order opportunities. Manage project billing coordination, schedule commissioning resources, expedite mark‑ups, and ensure timely completion of close‑out documentation. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or state‑recognized GED. On‑the‑job or educational experience in commercial security access/CCTV industry. Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams. Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. 21 years of age, valid driver's license with limited violations; eligibility for Siemens fleet vehicle program. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred). 5+ years technical experience in commercial security access/CCTV industry. SIA CSPM certification (preferred). Pay Range $75,684 – $129,744 annually, with a target incentive of 10% of base salary. Actual wage may vary based on budget and candidate experience.
