We are seeking a REGISTRATION COORDINATOR in Rhinelander, Wisconsin at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital. This individual is accountable for all of the "front end" functions with the patient admission process. This includes pre-registration, insurance verification, benefit eligibility and patient registration.
Experience/Qualifications/Licensure
- Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of business office, customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
- Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills required.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
Hours : This position is Part Time; 0.3 FTE or 24 hours per pay period, WEEKEND ROTATION WITH CASUAL/PRN HOURS.
