They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top mid-sized general contractors in the Phoenix area.Job DescriptionCreate and manage the project budget, ensuring accurate assignment of cost codes.Develop and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.Review project RFIs and provide the architect with recommended options.Develop and maintain the project schedule, overseeing all change requests.Demonstrate expertise in leading subcontractor project meetings.Facilitate effective communication and coordination among subcontractors.Support business development by maintaining positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure quality standards and enforce the project safety plan.Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables.Oversee the buy-out process and manage project closeout procedures.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
