Pay: $15 an hour Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm and overtime as needed What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and plant personnel to support daily business operations. Responsibilities include: Assisting customers with questions, orders, and product information Entering and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Preparing customer quotes and providing pricing information Communicating order status and delivery updates Supporting the sales team with administrative and customer service needs Researching and helping resolve customer concerns Maintaining customer records and account information Collaborating with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service Learning our products, systems, and industry processes through on-the-job training Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred but Not Required Customer service experience Administrative or office experience Experience working with customers in any capacity Why Join Merchants Metals?
