Compliance Manager - AI Trainer

Responsibilities Develop high-quality compliance questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as regulatory interpretation, risk assessment, policy development, audit procedures, reporting requirements, investigation processes, ethics programs, and more. Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with a team of compliance and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or in regulatory compliance with a robust understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field. Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Preferred Qualifications Multiple years of compliance experience, ideally across diverse regulatory environments (financial services, healthcare, corporate, etc.). Prior involvement in compliance training, policy development, or regtech initiatives. Professional certifications (CRCM, CCEP, CAMS, etc.) or advanced degree (JD, MBA) is a plus. Familiarity with AI or technology-driven compliance applications is a plus.
