Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,500 per week

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
• 6 visits per day -- 30 visits per week
• Home health setting
• Adults and geriatrics patient population
• Prior OASIS documentation experience required
• Recent skilled home health PT experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable vehicle required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
