Machine Operator

The shift runs from Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm
We are seeking a Machine Operators to join our team! You will assist in the manufacturing of rubber material and ensure excellent quality control. Experience in manufacturing is preferable but not required as all employees will be trained.
Responsibilities:Contractor will be working on a Panstone Press. Loading and unloading from a HOT temperature press with bonding material. Some visual inspection of parts and moving parts in the system process.
Company will train however manufacturing experience is a plus. Requires attention to detail and have a strong safety mindset.Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
