Our team-oriented approach ensures you have the resources and collaboration needed to thrive in your role.Qualifications:Proof of completion of 40-hour behavioral training course OR must have 6 months of ABA experienceMeets Kansas paraprofessional qualification requirements by possessing 48 college credit hours, an associate's degree (or higher), or passing a state-approved paraprofessional assessment (e.g., ParaPro or WorkKeys)Role Overview:As a Special Education Paraprofessional, you will work alongside certified Special Education Teachers to assist in supporting students with diverse learning needs by implementing inclusive and personalized educational plans that help them thrive both academically and emotionally.
