WAREHOUSE LEAD - 2ND SHIFT - $24/hr!

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a position where you can use a variety of skills and take on more responsibility? We're looking for a warehouse jack of all trades to join our team in Cedarburg! This is a key role for someone who is comfortable operating equipment, working independently, multitasking, and keeping things moving in a busy warehouse environment.

JOB LOCATION - Cedarburg, WI

STARTING DATE - Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full Time

WORK HOURS - 2nd Shift

STARTING PAY - $24/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Operate forklifts, with clamp truck experience strongly preferred
Assist with order selecting and loading trucks
Monitor and operate several different machines to ensure smooth production
Place product into crates and stack them for movement throughout the warehouse
Monitor multiple machines at once and troubleshoot issues as needed
Build stable, organized pallets by determining the proper product and pallet configuration
Use basic math and visualization skills to build complete pallets and create solid, stable stacks
Work safely and efficiently while keeping product moving throughout the warehouse
Take on a variety of warehouse responsibilities as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous warehouse experience required
Forklift experience required; clamp truck experience is a major plus
Experience with order selecting, loading trucks, or similar warehouse functions
Strong multitasking and attention to detail
Comfortable working around machinery and in a fast-paced warehouse
Good basic math and problem-solving skills
Able to visualize how products should be arranged and stacked
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
