Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planner in Hornell, NY, US we're looking for?Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless management of deliveries from suppliers, maintaining the right quality and timing to bolster our production line. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Production, Maintenance, Sales, and Logistics), coordinate the production planning in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in alignment with Project Planning – Master Production Scheduling (MPS), and much more.We'll look to you for:Ensuring material demand is accurately reflected in the ERP based on various planning needsCalculating Material Net Requirements and forecasts in ERP (or alternative) based on the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) processCollaborating closely with suppliers on diverse projects to enhance supply chain efficiencyStrategically deploying planning and inventory strategies considering parts typology and demand inputsCreating and maintaining accurate material master data within the ERP systemLeveraging your problem-solving skills to offer out-of-the-box solutions and resolutionsUtilizing your excellent communication skills to interact effectively with domestic and international suppliersAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
