Investor Relations Associate

Company Description Atlas Real Estate Partners is a private real estate investment firm with offices in NYC, Miami, and Austin that has experienced significant growth since its inception in 2009. Atlas is a lean, relationship-and-tech-driven firm that pairs institutional-quality infrastructure with the speed and ambition of an entrepreneurial platform. Atlas has acquired or developed ~$2B in real estate across multiple geographies and asset classes. We have committed capital with the goal of acquiring $1.0B+ of real estate over the next three years. Additionally, we have launched several new high-growth real estate verticals that are projected to add another $1.0B+ in AUM. We are seeking to expand our investor relations team to service and develop new capital relationships across our investor base of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions. Role Description The Investor Relations Associate will report to the Head of IR with direct lines to the executive team, and will work closely with our investments, asset management, finance, construction management, and co-GP teams. This person will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for investors, own the recurring investor operations that keep the platform running, support the reporting and compliance functions, manage the company CRM, and assist with fundraising and strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills and a genuine drive to use AI and technology to improve how the IR function operates and network. Operations and Investor Relations Manage investor onboarding end to end, including subscription documents and know-your-customer, and process transfers, assignments, and account changes accurately. Own investor data integrity in Juniper Square, our investment management system, across contacts, entities, subscriptions, and positions. Own CRM management and operations, structuring data and building views and automations that keep the system clean, connected, and useful across the investor lifecycle. Work closely with the fund administration and asset management teams to draft monthly and quarterly investor reports and letters, capital calls, and capital account statements, holding a consistent, institutional-quality standard across partnerships. Coordinate across operating partners, fund administration, legal counsel, and banking relationships, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support active capital raises, including pipeline tracking, follow-up cadence, offering materials, data rooms, and subscription monitoring. Serve as a critical point of contact for investors across all offerings, fielding inquiries on subscriptions, portal access, and timelines. Form new investor relationships via networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Brand Building and Business Development Proactively engage existing and prospective investors in creative, curated ways, developing thoughtful touchpoints, events, and communications that deepen relationships and help grow the investor base. Keep abreast of industry and private alternative investment trends and provide insights to senior leadership. Draft and update PR correspondence and help with strategic outreach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
