Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans and conditions. Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts for comprehensive patient care. Follow physician and nursing orders accurately. Assess and manage discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse with licensure from the relevant state board. Certifications in BLS, Advanced Life Support, and PALS obtained within specified timeframes. Minimum of one year of critical care or emergency experience for certain settings. Additional Information Must have a diploma from an accredited nursing school.
