This full-time school-based position is ideal for an SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to make a difference from now through the end of the school year. Flexibility is available, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule.

You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families, providing speech-language pathology services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse pediatric population. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Recent experience in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and direct therapy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports
• Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and continued professional growth
• Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, as needed
