We are looking for an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Principal Product Manager - Tech to join our Amazon Warehousing & Distribution team. You will define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, scientists and other product owners. You will drive day-to-day product development from design through to release. Your product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria. You are an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules. You use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships. You independently represent your products and the product team and are comfortable communicating with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholdersA day in the lifeIn this role you will drive the strategy and roadmap for solutions that enable the movement of inventory across Amazon's supply chain efficiently. You will be working with world class data science and engineering partners to achieve the same. You will regularly work cross-functionally and will share and drive best practices across the broader organization. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
