You will partner with senior leaders, modernize talent processes with AI and data, and stay close to senior searches in technology, R&D and science. You will build dashboards, pipelines, and capacity models, driving forecasts and continuous improvement while integrating TA into the broader People strategy and #J-18808-Ljbffr 10x Genomics
