Senior Fullstack Developer

Job Description

An Insight Global Fortune 500 retail client is looking for a talented Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate should have senior level engineering experience and be comfortable working within an enterprise level environment and complex domains. This candidate should expect to be working on and contributing to net new development on various store technology-focused projects and initiatives throughout the year. The technology stack is Java 17 and React with a heavier focus on backend development.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $55/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 4-6 years working as a Fullstack Software Engineer

○ Heavier on the backend but open to any split

- Java 8/11  ○ Currently operating on 11 but upgrading to 17

- Proficiency with writing APIs and services

- React

- Any cloud infrastructure

○ GCP, AWS, Azure

- Leveraging AI tools

○ Ex: Copilot, Gemini, ect

- Proficient communication and collaboration skills Retail industry experience
